sigh i think i gained back all the weight i lost during the holidays already soon i will hit the the ugliest number on the weighing scale. maybe i should just wear my retainers to school (im supposed to anyway) cus that would prevent me from eating then i would have nothing to do and i can..study or exercise..actually no i will probably fall asleep but still, sounds like a plan.

''I think raffles forgot how the kiwi cup look like alr, after not seeing it for 6years'' -hahaha my pe teacher /the rugby teacher. That was last friday,the annual kiwi cup when st andrew's won raffles 8-7. So, school has been school, with multiple MSAs in a week alone and im so glad this is week is coming to an end, but only to be introduced to chinese.. new year. owells, good to use some time off to hopefully get some extra cash and short term entertainment.

Ok here's the thing. the only reason why im still typing away despite fatigue kicking in at this hour (still very early, i know. always anyway), is because i feel like it. sigh sooooo i guess i was a little confused lately feeling abit lost and cheated maybe, resulting in some sudden outburst of angst and anger, coupled with moodswings of many kind, as testified by my family. But they brushed it off anyway and so did i. *disappointed face ya* So here im, back to my all sober and calm state doing what im best at-letting all the thoughts run through my head once more and try to catch a glimpse of understanding despite knowing that it will bring me back to my somehow or rather confused state againnnnn which i just so happen to get out of. ok probably not. I figured i should update this space as often as i can as of now, till school starts... cause life would be pretty hectic then. This last week of holiday was/is going to be quite a busy one, meeting all the different people while i am still free.

after afew, ok maybe just two, htht sessions with @lulumilopeng, i realised what he said was quite true. (tho i disagree with him on many grounds, still) Everyone probably need/want someone or something there on many occasions be it just to cuddle, talk, waste time or spend time together. Helps you get by your day. but those are what we probably just name as flings~ nice fun for a short while then you start to get bored of each other and hold it till one day one party decides that its time for a change. So it is basically quite meaningless, so to speak, but who says everything has to have a meaning, a purpose? probably just for pure fun, no harm i guess?having said that, noo i don't have a fling.. Dont think i will ever have one cause i do not want to end up falling for that person and have it end up like.. a game over.

so i was thinking.. how about liking someone whom will never feel the same way as you do? some say its a good thing (reasons yet unknown) same say its quite a painful thing-that i kinda agree. you do things you usually dont do, you are willing to give almost anything up just for a moment with that person and you feel like you're the happiest person on earth when you get your moment its almost magical then reality slaps you in the face and you realise.. its all one sided. i dont get why people like someone whom they know wouldnt like them back haha ofcourse i dont as it cant be explained anyway, duh. k i should stop sounding like some broken hearted girl at 12mid night nahhh nothing's wrong just the usual me, spending my nights reflecting...unnecessarily. goodnight people. school's starting in 3days time. and im taking out my braces soon :)

this christmas.....
was a lovely one.
sorry for the sudden disappearance for awhile.. So, trip to bkk this time with the family was good as expected. went straight to the indoor stadium after we touched down for newcreation's annual christmas service and after missing two years of christmas service, i have to say that this year's was really an eye opener for me. spectacular. the lightings, performance, the message, everything. one of the reason why i love this season so much-spending it in the house of God. another reason why i look forward to christmas everyyear, is because (besides the gift exchange) there is such joy in this season, its like living in a different realm altogether (k maybe its just me) but yup. Guess its a kind of supernatural joy that can't be explained. :)

Its the second last day of 2011 and soon it will be 2012. how time flies huh. 2011 has taught me many things that i never thought would happen to me; life can be tough. it may sound like a joke to you, but this was what i realised this very year. For the past few years, i've always had what seemed to me, a almost perfect life. no not any straight As student with the to die for face and body, but still, contented enough with...ok almost everything. just keep it that way, considering the amount of self effort invested. As for this year, some may say that im really blessed, to have achieved what's necessary with such little effort, (and i truely thank God for that) but behind all these accomplishment, if any, was a long, dreadful, tiring and tough journey coupled with doubts of many kind. never would i have expected to have so many disappointments come crushing down on me consecutively. Though i never got an answer as to why i had to go through a journey of this kind, but i guess it was an opportunity for me to grow inwardly and im thankful to have people from jcsouth that constantly remind and give advices that can edify me.

2012 would without doubt be a tough year, probably the toughest in my life thus far, with giant As to conquer and season and violin and.. ya.. but still, im looking forward to it because its time for a new walk and im actually really excited. okay anw, gna spend the last few moments of 2011 and first few moments of 2012 with my girls at kelly's place tomorrow! oh, and i tried reviving my fs but guess its better off dead, isit? let's see.

Haven't stepped into that beach for 2 years now. yes thats how much i dislike the sand.. sun.. and.. yeah. thankGod the weather was really great this morning tho, no sun at all!

So i have been thinking.. okay i said i lost interest in guys already (no not that im interested in girls) actually its more of losing interest in relationships, and not because of my previous one which ended earlier this year but i dont know i just.. dont feel it anymore?i figured i might just be too young for a serious relationship. not that 17 is too young, but i know i definitely am not ready yet and besides, i wouldnt have any time next year with season, alevels and all. then and again, why is a relationship even necessary? i dont see a need to constantly have someone there with me all the time. i admit it is nice to have someone there for you when you're feeling down and defeated, or share your happy moments with, but honestly is it worth all the heartbreaks,pain and trouble? i went through one before and i swore i would never ever wna go through that again. isnt heartbreak too painful a thing for someone to even bear? ''its better to have loved and lost than never loved before'' how true is that? half. okay think about it. you get into a serious r/s, you have a wonderful 1 year rs and it ends. what happens? you are sad, you cry, you bury all those fond memories and half a year later, you're strangers all over again. Those lovely moments? it loses all its magical and special feel that was once so evidently present. wasted? yup. painful? yup. so.. i probably wouldnt want to get into one anytime soon unless im sure enough that he will be worth it. need to learn to guard your heart, people.

forever my favourite girls.

So... 3rd week of holidays have come and gone and i... still havent been doing anything productive, except for sleeping alot and slacking my time away. Yes that's supposed to be productive for a time like this, right? Think i caught the flu bug from idontknow who thus the long hours in bed all day and night sigh sucha waste of time hope i recover soon.

last night rachael wanted to do something 'interesting' so guess what, we went to kbox from 9pm-2am zomg 5hours of nonstop singing haha my voice was pretty much gone after that. But it was quite a fun session together with pamela and adrianzzz my jacob look alike~ ohya we arent together okay, though my profile picture is with him.. just saying. Finally met up with my favourite girls for a short starbux sesh and yes we are going ahead with our picnic plan on tuesday! hehe so excited and wednesday wednesday pls come i wna fly to bkk asap.

holidays will be over in a blink of an eye and i really want to be better than this, which means i have to use my remaining time wisely. i realise that when all seems lost, like you're down and out.. the only way to get out of it is to pull yourself out of it. how? you have to want it.

Was a little craji night out with the guys, and girls hehe first up was kbox which totally reminds me of last year when we went like every 3days. Finally got to meet people like adrian and bryan, just like the goodOdays and thanks stanley for the drinks and all okay nevermind not like yall are interested in what i did/where i went right. photos on fb though~

I figured people are always gna question and judge, and probably try to instill in me a form of guilt that leads to self condemnation and thus causing me to rage.. somehow silently in my mind. but i realised that i dont have to prove anything by explaining myself and neither do i have to justify my actions because it really is unnecessary. The dog can keep barking but the moon still shine. what's most important is that i know my identity and how precious im simply because its blood bought. You don't know how stupid you sound when you utter those repulsive words because it shows what's in that capsule of yours-nothing, and i harbor absolute abhorrence towards people of such kind. okay just saying!

Sonata in D-Allegro on repeat mode for the 7th time running already. Its raining and im home with all the time in the world yup so life's pretty great for now. i just need to keep my fingers moving till the skin peels off for the next 2hrs and a short break before embarking on a short trip to clementi for the most dreadful 1 hr of my..day..violin lesson. It feels more like an obligation rather than interest already and at times like this i always wonder why did i even start. after so long... sigh guess i need some divine intervention here.

I don't think the word socially awkward suits me, obviously, but rather let's see.. hmm socially lazy? yeah i created that word. i lost interest in talking to people, friends, new friends, anyone for that matter hahaha ok this is a random post on a random day you guys don't have to bother reading it. on a happier note, im going in to msia for a day with pesdy amos and sherlyn, hope its fun.

It was a busy yet lovely sunnday family day. Strictly pancakes with the sister, followed by crashing the other sister's room at pan pac hotel, that explains the awesome tea. and finally dinner with the family at casserole, sentosa. Photo spam gives me a reason to lesson my word count here right, getting pretty lazy these days. okay let today be an exception okay i forsee a wordy post coming up~
Its wednesday already how time flies cant wait for the next 2days to be over (training day camp) but before it happens, welcome to yet another session of faith's usual ranting routine. this sentence said by mr neo(?) this afternoon caught my attention- once the player gives up, he can never improve. then it took my mind on a roller coaster ride way back to the past, before bringing me back to the painful reality. Oh how i stopped improving.

Pardon me (and my thick skin) but i feel that i was some how some what pretty good in my lower secondary school days. Remember how the team survived those monster michael wong trainings to eventually getting the wz top4 hah it felt good. i felt.. pro. yes i did. that was then, end of story. cant stress how much of a disaster it has been from when i was ..15? till now 17. three full years, pretty much wasted especially now that im in you-know-what-school. But who is to blame? i should not let anyone/any school/any team be the reason for my inadequacies for it belongs to me, i, myself. then and again, i've always believed that where ever im placed is where's best for me. No doubt sa isnt my dream school but what would life have been like in another? i really dont know and not really interested to know anw so.. guess it all comes back to one thing and if i wna be good again, i gotta have the mindset i had back then, with more faith this time round.

Finally the holidays are here! for me to study. half true.
Caught breaking dawn with rachael and valerie today omg bella swan's flawless, spotless fair skin in the show is to die for. So envious gosh just look at how tan i am as compared to before sigh thats what 4trainings under the sun does to me. Oh and breaking dawn was.. quite good quite okay and pretty worth the watch? yup. So.. friday night finally feels like a friday night where i try to squeeze up 190 to get home nearing midnight in my homeclothes after a day in town and not in my uniform after a day in school. + met up with steffen lee for a lepak sesh after that
okay i'm back to normal, which essentially means the forever sleeping forever tired forever hungry forever gl faith. life's great :)

Last minute decision to go to helipad with the people on saturday night as shown above~ and i emphasize on the word last-minute-decision so hence the unseemly dressing. But who cares.. Was nice to meet up with adrian and youngjun after sucha long time and good thing it felt the same as before, like we never ever drifted. kinda. Ohya the place has quite a pretty view of clarkequay from the bar at the top, go check it out!

So, last week of school already yes cant wait for it to officially end. this whole week is such a waste of time and i don't even know why the school bother arranging lectures for us i mean its hardly effective? Plus some other JCs already started their holidays long ago why is sa so kiasuzzz. Ok stop complaining.

I think i like my life right now, mainly because there's less deadlines to meet, less worry and just less..everything. More time on my hand to do whatever i want and it feels quite good, just that im alil constrained by my hm finances (or rather, lack there of) ha ha ha. owells, i know this won't last long though. Class bbq on thursday turned out pretty well, though it caused me to break my dieting plan~
The past week has been quite a holiday period for me, because all we have to do is to prepare for OP and i only went back to school twice. Finally... tomorrow marks the end of PW forever and ever and ever for me i hope all goes well and that my nerves would not get the better of me during the very meaningless and dreadful oral presentation.

It is wednesday. 2nd day of my 1.5 meal a day plan working out quite well~ don't ask me how i measure half a meal i just do, okay. havent been exercising much, though i was so determined to do so everyday during the promos period hm need to start moving my lazy bone. so sick of talking about my dreams+hopes+plans and how my inadequacies led to failure of achieving any of them. So forget it, shall live life as it is i guess.

Halloween 2011 saturday night at zirca with my babies. omg i got a shock when i first looked into the mirror as well cant deny that i was quite a successful school girl ghost... so overall it was a great night spent with my girls hehe our first halloween together~~

Oh goodnews friday- i promoted! but with.. less than mediocre grades. so eoy was CSSCD and overall it became DEECE. Can't be more thankful to be promoted, because i know that the amount of effort i put in definitely wouldnt have been enough but thank God. really. that aside, it makes me wonder how im gna get through next year ah i dont want to even think about it. nextyearnextyear there's Adiv which i really dread because i don't want to go through the same kind of disappointments and frustrations all over again, followed by very expensive violin exam (both literally and not) and the final giant, Alevels. really dont know how i will emerge victorious at the end of the day, but im just gna keep trusting i guess. Gotta have faith.

random school moments

Not very motivated to go to school with bulk of it being on Project Work and Chinese, which explains why i was absent once and late (rather late) twice alone this week. owells. i feel like a pig im always so lazy and it just gets worse if this goes on i would probably win an award for it, not kidding. i sleep in school everyday, every hour, every time i have a chance to. hm..i should start doing things that i used to like, like reading..violin.. swimming.. maybe just maybe starting again would bring back my interest in it.

anyway, i take back what i said earlier afew post back about trying even though u know the outcome, as its alright because atleast you tried. i think its plain dumb why invest time and effort knowing the outcome wouldn't be what you want? at the end of the day the only person that loses out is yourself.

so this was my advance 17th birthday celebration with my babies :') As you can see, the theme was COLOURS and look at how colourful my girls are they all turned up in black/white except for val and i. but.. no biggie i love them anyway. timbre for duck pizza followed by peishan's crazy idea to go for gmax and...omg it was... omg. okay you may think im exaggerating but it was really quite scary to me!! esp the part where they slowly elevate you to the top and as the birthday girl, i had the privilege of pushing the button that sent us flying to bukitpanjang and back to clarkequay. yup. haha it was a indeed a good night spent with them xxx. also the awesome birthday lunch with the family on saturday and outing with ma saints tmr yay will update when the other photos are up~

House warming plus sharing at anna's new place yesterday gave me the opportunity to talk to such mighty men and women and when i start opening up i actually realised.. how this year has been sucha tough journey for me. i think james 1:1-8 will do some good at the moment. after everything after half a year, things are finally stagnant for now and its not such a bad thing i guess? but i do hope it all gets better because im done.......trying and relying on my self effort as it brings nothing but disappointments. So.. tuesday afternoon at home once again thanks to as you all already know-intestinal flu. ikr, what the hell is that. i have no idea all i know is that the pain is somehow or rather excruciating to the point where i almost, just almost wanted to overdose on sleeping pills just so i wouldnt feel the pain. wonder how i survived the past 2 nights. hmm. plan to go to syafiq's house for hari raya is kinda.. off. and i feel quite guilty about it :/ was really looking forward to it but thanks to the weak intestine of mine....

my life's pretty much the same now expect for last week end it was a blast i had panya and antony's 18th party (picture next time) followed by 3-0n-3/saints fest/sajc open house the very next morning and arrow service+graduates thingy in the evening. that friday and saturday definitely drained every bit of energy left in me but it was worth it. back to schoool msa 2 is next week so... yeah.

So.. the sister graduated from nus last week with honest degree in geography. (no not bragging) words cant express my happiness for her so proud of my sis i love her so much <3 :') without my sis i would probably... not be surviving well in this world. kinda

DEEDU. dont quite know how to feel about it including chinese it should add up to around 40 rankpoints? a great dip from my 53rp from msa but then and again i should be really thankful that i cleared cts considering the amount i studied its really quite a miracle itself. i devoted.. 1 out of 4 weeks? in total during the holidays to my school work ha ha ha ok learning value- slack/play less.

Today marks the last day of june holidays.

this is pretty much how the camp went like. haha we would even do stretching before service just so we dont cramp during praise and worship due to the intensive jumping and running around. ohoh on the finale night our impromptu dressing as you can see above was really hilarious especially the process of buying and dressing up. i can ask for ntg more so happy to be in this ministry, this family.

This week was... a total waste of time but wait its only tues?!
i realised that i can't sleep past 12 if not my brain would malfunction the next day and i would doze off like how i have been dozing off in lectures for the last 2 days. but sometimes its quite funny heh.
So.. team sajc closing ceremony this morning stired up a whirlpool of emotions yet again but guess what? i swallowed it down and hard because i believe that whatever i lost this year would be paid back next year. doubled.
With CTs coming up im sure everyone's stress level is pilling up as well and as much as i hate to admit, im really concerned for the upcoming exams coz... my grades arent up to standard :( i gotta use this holiday really wisely to manage work&play. okay anyway kinda excited for the events and legacy'11 ;)

hm my week hasnt been v good but my week end was a blast heh havent felt so relaxed in a long time. friday night-lucius's crib for people music and booze. guess it was a night to remember for us OSM clique ;) followed by saturday-arrow (i know my fri night and sat noon is alil contrasting) i really felt good there. Here im, on a cold and quiet saturday, recollecting my thoughts about certain stuffs that shouldve been long gone from my mind. but they did not. they remain vaguely there, poping up at certain occasions as and when they like and stir up a whirlpool of emotions yet again.

so the first one.

Not so much of an importance anymore because its been far too long ago that even i cant exactly remember the details all i remember is fun fun and alot of fun together and regardless peoples' stares and suspicions, we remained really tight. till.... someday you decided to leave because someone more interesting came along and you got caught up with your worldly affairs like...

and then, the second one

this one would also never be of anymore importance because it does not deserve it plus it was way too short i only know that i enjoyed talking to you alot and i tried to tear down the walls you built inside but my attempts were all futile because you couldnt even see me in the first place. then you went on and dismantle whatever you had inside right infront of my eyes, but not to me.

the third,

i should sincerely apologise to you because ignorant as i was, i pushed you away time and time and again. you probably got too tired and coupled with your fading of interest over time, you left. just like that. attempts to pull things back together have proved to be of no use and i stop trying anymore. but i remember how you said that you would be there for me and how you would take time out your busy schedule to entertain me and tolerate my moodswings.

no im not sad neither is this a emotional post. You know at some point of time you just get so tired of people coming and leaving and you never know why, neither do they so no point holding on to things of the past but instead move on and treasure whatever you have. so thankful to have people like (besides my girls) alvin, pamela who would always understand whatever im telling them at that point of time and they actually care and emphatize with you and not just reply ''cheerup ok'' or ''i know it sucks'' no not everyone knows. i bet you dont.

those times in israel... was the most awesome 9days of my life

anyway here's the thing. My season is ending next week, and no it did not go well at all but owells.. what can we do when fate presents us with unexpected results. Guess its time for me to let go and move on.

Thank God there's no school till tuesday mannnn i really needed this extra long weekend to catch up with some stuffs and piece my life back together. ohya bowling nationals and rugby semi finals on tuesday, go saints!

Spent my friday with my babies sherlyn rachael huishan peishan valerie shandy at val's crib. hehe steamboat+talks+stupid things as usual~ its been long since we last had steamboat at val's! followed by ice cream in the middle of the night i love nights like this cause it feels like holiday all over again. but a pity... its short lived.

ah i look so bad in all the photos zzz.

the student council commendation day was omg sucha waste of time!! i mean it was quite err dull and boring and to think we had to skip lesson for that haha nice one sajc. oh that was wed i think? when sherlyn and i went back to dunearn to collect out sgc together with rachael and val. stepping into dunearn brings back all the wonderful+stupid memories of that place sigh really miss secondary school life where we just had to slack our way through everything and still feel so at peace, unlike now...... ok no actually im still slacking quite abit i think i should really buck up lest i end up in a dire state. hmm

and i got used to everyone asking me why do i look so tired and my dark eyerings and blahblahblah~ so in future if u see me dont bother asking cause i cant give u an answer. okay anyway im facing a dilemma now. should i cut my hair or not? i don't wna end up with a ugly haircut but at the same time i cant stand my hair cause my pony tail is too long! (for me) and yknow my ponytail tend to slap my face when im playing basketball its damn annoying. and .. quite painful.

My saturday was awesome. Arrow service followed by dinner with the cg, and off to meet these people at town before heading down to dingrong's penthouse. prolly the last time he's gna host any mini party there :( yes the house with the nice jaccuzi and pond and awesome view atnight. Hi all im back from malaysia!

k in summary, the training tour was quite enjoyable and i think.. the team grew stronger and closer? i hope. and im so grateful to have such an awesome roommate+captain like elouis haha she's damn cute i tell you. at the start of the tour, half her luggage was food so.... as her roomy i fulfilled my task in helping her finish it. ;) basically we played basketball and more basketball and ate cheescakes and played cards, mono deal, truth or dare, htht, shopping...k doubt yall are interested in what we did there also right anw pictures are in random order and the rest at @fb~~

sajc's annual cross country @ECP. omg i swear i almost died man, didnt know 3.6km could be so tiringg. i cycled there afew times before and the journey didnt seem half as long as when i ran... haha ok obviously right anw winning a medal at sa xcountry was really quite a miracle for me cause unlike the past where the bballers pawn everyone else(in dunearn), there's those super fit soccer and canoe girls here. so yeap thank God for the 17th position :)

GP msa yesterday was plain crap. ok moving on, im leaving for malaysia in two day's time! friday-monday for a training tour~ im actually kinda excited hehe and march hols are here yes finally, see yall in town ;)
